We loved getting to build this project. We built a paver patio under a pergola to create a new patio spot for dinner. We built a new walk way to the pool. We built new stairs to the screened in deck. We built a new playground area with rubber mulch. Fun fact… rubber mulch installed as we did has a 6′ fall protection rating and a color fade warranty of 10 years. We added a paver pathway to the existing pool and worked the pathway to match both the new pavers on the patio and the Trex composite decking on the pool surround. We regraded the lawn areas around our work areas, built new plant beds and installed plants and mulch. The final step was to connect the low voltage lighting accent lights on the column wraps and along the new pathways and cleanup the site.
