We just wrapped up a large demolition, excavation and concrete project for a warehousing customer in Morristown. The chosen site had an existing building on it as well as underground utilities. We handled the demolition, sitework, excavation, grading, drainage and then the forming and pouring of footers, walls and slabs for the 75′ x 150′ parking area.

Our customer needed additional loading bay space to help them expedite the loading and unloading of their trucks. Their current setup had docks only on the front of the building, which was a 5 minute round trip for a forklift. These 7 new bays will cut the loading or unloading time on a full trailer by more than 40 minutes per trailer.
