Before and after photos from a lawn restoration project for a family in the Hardin Valley area. The builder stripped all the good soil when they built this neighborhood, leaving nothing but clay and rocks behind. Our Client had tried for years to get grass to grow without much to show for all their work. Sod would have been an “instant fix” but would have suffered much of the same fate later on due to the poor quality of the existing soil. Rather than the quick fix, we started with the root of the problem, the composition of the soil. By aerating with multiple passes, then overseeding and fertilizing and then working organics directly into the soil, we were able to create an environment that can’t help but grow a beautiful and lush lawn.
